I was born in Glasgow, Scotland on December 1st, 1982 and now at the age of 20 I am currently completing the final year of a degree at the Academy Of Contemporary Music in the Guildford, Surrey.

I began playing guitar when I was 14, however I have always felt very drawn to the instrument even from a very young age; its sound just captured my imagination. Although it wasn't until my first live performance at 16 that I realised that I would want to practice, play and write music with the instrument for the rest of my life.

Guitarists such as Joe Satriani, David Gilmour, Yngwie Malmsteen, Andy Timmons and Steve Vai (the list is much longer, Trust me!) have really inspired me to work hard with the instrument with regards to phrasing, musicality and technique. There are also many bands I love such as Led Zeppelin,Van Halen, Pantera, u2 and very recently Sevendust.
