Antares is a Dutch progressive metal band. Comparisons can be made with bands like Arena, Van der Graaf Generator, and Dream Theater. Their debut album Choking the Stone was very well received by the press they opened the Progpower Europe festival in 2002. Currently they are recording new material. |
